'Get Out" I thought was unique, interesting, and entertaining. In summary, this is a MUST SEE movie. It is a fun ride that is very well done!
'Get Out' struck me as more of a thriller with horror and comedic elements. While mostly horror, it's actually completely hilarious in some parts, making it the funniest and scariest movie I have seen in ages. It's no small feat for a horror movie that is also funny. It's an incredibly well-made film visually, with stylish and unsettling cinematography with some disturbingly surreal imagery. There's a group of evil people that have developed a way to use kidnapped victims for scientific purposes. The film is genuinely creepy. Instead of cheesy music and grotesque torture porn, it relies on the unknown to draw you in. The music looms suitably ominously and fits well. While all the performances are very fine, it is Daniel Kaluuya's superb lead performance that burns in the memory the most. Bradley Whitford and Catherine Keener nailed their performances as Rose's parents. Not everything adds up by the end of "Get Out," but the film plays out in extremely satisfying fashion.

Good And Scary, Just In Time For Halloween.
Good And Scary !!! Seen this at the theatre and waited till the price went down to own this DVD. I don't regret it. Nevertheless, I haven't a chance yet to test this particular DVD so no comment for now.

Get out dvd
