I know this is not Amazon but anything more than a week unless item is lost in the post is unusual? Tracking says it shipped on the 2nd Sep but Dispatch time rating says it was dispatched on the 9th? What is correct?

We were both then let down by the courier as they didn't arrive, but the seller was also happy and quick to fully refund the order. Thankful for how the seller reacted, can recommend despite the situation!
