It's an "ok" jacket
I've been wanting a heated jacket for a while, but didn't like the $250+ price tag. I found this Milwaukee one on sale thinking Milwaukee was a good brand for tools, etc. I'm cold natured and finally tried it out on the opening weekend of deer season. Mornings were around 40 degrees. I found the jacket itself was comfortable, durable and fairly warm w/o the heat on. The heating elements warmed quickly, but I found that I could only really feel the heat when both heating zones were on High. Medium and Low settings were almost non-existent, but they were there. The elements in the hand warming pockets seem to be set too high in the pocket and with your hands resting naturally low in the pocket the heat wasn't as effective as it could be. The battery lasted as advertised, approximately 3 hrs. on High. The battery is bulky since it is the same battery Milwaukee uses in it's tools, but the pass-through pocket makes it manageable, and I was sitting while wearing the jacket.
I give it a 3 out of 5 stars rating. It's comfortable, durable and warm w/o the heat on, but I believe the heat generated could be better. I am on the small side of large shirts, jackets, but a medium would be too small. While sitting it worked ok when everything was close/pressed against the body, but standing the heat was hardly felt.
If you have the extra money I would spend it on a little higher end jacket.
