Inside, the contents bag was closed with scotch tape. Looking at the figures and the bags contents, there were many missing components that were vital to the assembled product. I reached out to the seller about the issues immediately. There was no communication to be had. Instead, I was given a refund and allowed to keep the pieces. From disappointment to satisfied.

The only thing missing was the jumper pack. Was not mentioned in description but was also not mentioned that it was not included. After disassembly and a very good deep clean, I installed my own jumper pack and was able to make the machine work. Very happy with my purchase.
