Loved this series
Totally engaging. The only drawback is while each episode in itself is complete, the series ended before they could tell all of Horatio's adventures. Thus you are hungry to know what happens once he finally gets command of a ship at just 24 years old.

Horatio Hornblower Series was affordable and entertaining.
The series was very enjoyable. I enjoyed the historical sets used for filming.
