    JOBY GorillaPod Zoom with Ball Head

    A must for most photographers. Packs conveniently, sets up quickly and helps to get your photos sharper! I thought the price was a little high, especially since my normal size travel tripod cost less, but after using it just once, I found out it was well worth the money.

    Love this little tripod.

    I love this little tripod. I bought it to take on my bicycle touring to shoot stills and video with my Olympus Tough camera. It works great and is very efficient. I can mount the camera easily and it adjusts with the head in seconds and holds the camera very firmly. It can mount to flat surfaces and small poles and whatever you can wrap the legs around to hold it or wherever you can set it on. I also carry a bit of rope so that I can mount it against a large tree or telephone pole etc. just to get it off the ground angle. I give it four stars because you end up using it at ground level for the most part which can become a tiring angle to use. Also if you bend the legs too much they tend to pop out of each other. But for a very light and efficient compact tripod it's great!

    Worth it

    After considering other cheaper designs, I decided to go with Joby. I really didn't want my camera falling to the ground so I decided to use a product that is a little more expensive but is worth every cent. The ball head is really smooth and easy to adjust. The level helps with a quick set up to capture some interesting video out in the field. I love it.

    Arrived the day I needed it!

    I was so surprised when this came in the mail Saturday morning. I had a big party to attend and I was the main photographer. This tripod is so sturdy and I like the bulky feel to It! It makes it so easy to vlog and take better pictures. I'm am so happy I purchased this. It is worth the money!

    Cool little tripod.

    Much better than the old vintage bendy metal one i carried around in my backpack for 'emergency' use. Not really designed for my heavy dslr and big lenses of course, but works perfect for the Sony NEX and a6000, and i imagine any other mirrorless or vlogging cameras.
