part imagined story of 17th century France. interesting characters. beautiful dialogue. wonderful scenery.

TRY A LITTLE CHAOS!
While this isn’t the most memorable film, it is a lovely distraction for an hour or so. The actors are all wonderful in their parts. You can’t really go wrong with Kate Winslet, Alan Rickman or Stanley Tucci! I would recommend this film to friends and family.

A pleasant feast for the eyes
A gentle story with beauty and heart. It explores how people overcome or come to terms with loss. Alan Rickmans last film as the director and it is a visual triumph. It centres around the building of the gardens at Versailles. Enjoy

A Little Chaos is a huge success
The story is spellbinding and the setting in Versailles absolutely beautiful. Alan Rickman has done a tremendous job on this movie and for me it is a Classic and will ensure for ever more in my household. I shall of course inform all family and friends to purchase as this movie is a keeper.

Well crafted story
In spite of historical inaccuracies, this is a work of fiction after all, it’s very entertaining and interesting. The actors suit their roles and the scenery is beautiful.

I loved the cast. Love Kate, Matthias and Alan, and their performances certainly didn't disappoint.

Love this movie.
It's a very gentle, entertaining movie, yet I have already watched it twice. I think they call it a "sleeper".
