A fave for me and my son
... we often watch this with our dinners on TV trays. Hilarious, sometimes affecting, violent, and with great actors doing great acting. We started this after *Justified*,and on reco of a co-worker, who represented that it's excellent, and with more cursing than any other series, ever. Favorite Show of All Time

Can't stop watching

Crude and magnificent!
What amazing characters! So many are nuanced, with good qualities and bad qualities, sometimes pulling at each other. Lots of vulgarity, but the patterns of speech are true to the era, and in amongst the swearing is some of the most wonderful dialog! FANtastic Series!!
One of the most engaging series I have ever been a part of! Wonderful characters set in the beginning days off Deadwood! Only 3 short seasons with no true ~ Ending... unfortunately, this HBO series leaves the audience wanting so much more! I would like to see the series resurrected... or possibly a HBO Movie that would 'conclude' the Deadwood series. GREAT SERIES..
