They informed me there were problems time to time with Royal Mail. They offered to send a second copy or refund me in full. The second one did arrive safely, and in a reasonable time. Item was exactly as pictured and descried. Slight damage on one corner, but over all great shape. 5 out of 5 for the sellers communication and kindness.

I'm thrilled to bits with my order, a portrait of one of my favourite rock stars, straight from the original magazine, this is the real McCoy and not a print - amazing and only to be treasured.
