Nutritious Healthy Recipes
I am a Jacque Pepin fan & decided to look for this cookbook after seeing an episode with a couple recipes that looked like I'd enjoy. His recipes are straight forward and generally the ingredients are readily available and not that expensive or exotic, so most home cooks can successfully make these dishes. Nothing elaborate or fussy about these recipes, good home styled meals with healthy ingredients. Word of warning. If you go looking for Jacques "Today's Gourmet" based on recipes you've watched prepared on an episode of his program, try to be sure which season it is.
