edelbrock 1477 rebuild kit
Kit is a bit expensive, but had everything I needed except for tuning parts (re-jetting, etc. that I needed for high altitude which was available as a separate kit -1489). All the parts seemed to be good quality and the instructions were nicely detailed as long as you pay close attention to the schematic drawings. Also came in multiple languages. One thing I ran into was brass plugs that popped out of the primary venturi's during dissassembly. There is no warning or information about this and I think they were simply not pressed and staked in well. These were quite small and not obvious where they came out of from the schematics. Fortunately, each fell out at different stages of dissassembly and cleaning, so I could figure it out and put them back (with some JB Weld this time).Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

Worth the price!

Open up you Edelbrock carb without having to buy a complete carb kit!
Very precisely made, high quality materials. Makes it possible to go inside this carburetor without having to buy a whole carb kit just for a couple of broken gaskets. Edelbrock carb kits are expensive in my area.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

Who rates a gasket? It could fail in how long? Who knows... i just wanted to drain the water out of my bowl and needed a gasket. Beats a cereal box !

Edelbrock kit FFP-1477
Was a good kit with everything you need to rebuild your carburetor but I have to call BS on the "reusable" gasket. I had to take the top back off and adjust the floats a little more and the gasket tore, that's another gasket or kit to have to purchase.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

Way easier to rebuild than I thought
