This Dremel Storage Case is unacceptable. When the seller was contacted, he defended the box and said it was my fault for not reading the description & instructions. He said that he will not accept a return. Most Ebay sellers will at a minimum try to make the purchaser happy in some way. Not true with "sell-a-bration." The buyer' first claim, that the bits did not fit, is not shown in this feedback. Instructions explain there is foam inside the case and it needs to be punctured or simply removed. All rotary tool bits fit easily and properly. The case, with multiple pictures, clearly shows there are no hinges or closures.
