The packaging was extremely poor—items were crammed into a box without any protective padding. When I reached out, I was asked to upload photos, which I did, only to be told to open a return. Not once did I receive an apology or any acknowledgment of the poor packaging or condition discrepancy. How soft can you be? Go read my other feedback.
