Excellent Study
This is excellent should be in every school library and Black History Lesson . Truthful, Compelling, Excellent Learning tool, insightfully bowling over with the history plight of Black Peoples struggle in a white domanate society whoes laws were to kill and enslave,pillage, a Human Black Society who existed on their own loyal merrtt . Evil verses love learning loyalty acceptance. Yet not all Whites were that evil and vindictive, there were those that helped Blacks to gain their freedom. Yet you think about the political laws against Black People to rob kill and destroy rape a Human race because of their evil destructive polluted minds, it is sad and unchonable. It shows we had leaders that have served us to become as free as we are today,those who have led the charge and died or were killed for the rights of us as a Black Nation. To eat sleep have a home job education vote and the list goes on and yet We as People still struggle with the ignorance of our so called leaders. or the white man hatred. How stupid can a white man be, We are born and die just alike the heart stops beating..

Great value! This is a six-hour series based on historic research of African and African Americans' culture, history, tragedies, triumphs, etc. This series was shown on a local Public Broadcasting Station. I wanted to own the CDs of this history. eBay's pricing was very economical. Thank you.

Mind provoking and spiritual stirring! The African Americans: Many Rivers to Cross DVD should be a 'must' in every household and child's education regardless if they are black or white. My people perish for the lack of knowledge. Thank you for this awesome educational storyline of historical facts by PBS.

Riveting from beginning to end. A stellar production. Every American should view this. It covers the subject in rich detail from beginning to end. A must see. Thank you.

Best coverage of a difficult topic to cover fairly! Author is a dedicated and highly competent researcher, who avoids the pitfalls of the many biased authors on controversial subject matter.
