Easy to use
I have been doing my own taxes since I was 16 years old and using TurboTax since the 1990's. Love this software because it is so easy to use. It does take some considerable time the very first time you use it because it has to go through a long list of questions to custom fit the program to you, but each year after that it will transfer the previous year into the new tax return and know exactly what you need with the question "Has anything in your life changed over the last year?" Turbo Tax Lacks!
I think I'm done using Turbo Tax!!!! I used them for a few years and always get requests from the State FTB for my prior tax years, again Turbo tax was used for those. I discovered the reason is that TT lists a mailing address for The FTB, but it is NOT the correct address/P.O. Box for your personal return so they end up late and YOU PAY!!!
