You should reach out to the seller directly next time. I would have gladly replaced the minis at no charge. I wrap all my miniatures in bubble wrap, so your order was definitely not poorly packed. Unless the sword was broken on the shield user, the shield is a separate bit, not broken... Enjoy the minis!
