Great quality and healthy
This is a very good quality product which I think is so important for good health. I have found since using this product that I have more energy, when beforehand I was chronically tired. It helps me to think clearer instead of having a "brain fog". This is the good quality nascent iodine that is therapeutic and safe to use. It is also good value for money, as the bottle lasts a long time when I am using three drops per dose. Our bodies rely on iodine for so many functions, and most of the world is iodine deficient. Iodine can be likened to the "charge" of a battery (our bodies), and without the charge (enough iodine), the body runs slow and sluggish. I would recommend the Survival Shield X2 nascent iodine as it is very good quality and works.This is a very good quality product which I think is so important for good health. I've been using iodine for years as a water purifier (to kill potential germs). I use it in a similar fashion as colloidal silver in that sense. The difference between this and the iodine tincture that you would use on cuts and abrasions however is that this is pure iodine mixed in with glycerin [I believe] rather than alcohol or whatever it is they use in typical over the counter iodine tincture. Thus it is no where near as bitter. I add a few drops to a glass of water probably once a day to not only help ensure that my water is bacteria free, but also because iodine is good for your health in so many ways [for your thyroid gland, for instance]. I've noticed since using this that my body regulates it's temperature better than before. I tend not to overheat as much. Very happy with this ... I read the container and followed the instructions as said on the bottle. I also drank reverse osmosis water (purified) immediately after i took the drop just like it said. before this i was taking iodine supplement sea kelp pills and felt that it could not hurt to try Alex's iodine for a change cuz I read up online that you can take up to 1100 micro grams of iodine per day and thought "650 isn't gonna hurt." I Hurd him say in one podcast that it takes 5 or six days to work so i am hoping to see results by then. surprisingly, the taste isn't that bad. I like it. Its a strong sweet taste! but don't take more than the regular dosage (one drop) or you will end up with iodine poisoning. 1 drop = 650 micrograms of iodine compared to the max intake of 1100I read the container and followed the instructions as said on the bottle. I lost body fat, mind clarity, energy through the roof, went from an underactive thyroid (hypothyroidism) to perfect levels within 2 weeks. Humans are severely deficient in iodine and we just cant get enough in food. The suggested dose is way more than the fda suggests but do your own research. When they started iodizing salt cause Goiters was rampant, the average IQ of the american population went up significantly. Worldwide, iodine deficiency affects two billion people and is the leading preventable cause of intellectual and developmental disabilities. I can go as far as to say my life changed after taking this stuff.
