We offered a refund for the price of the remote, and unfortunately that is the best we can do. The unit is working. IF the buyer is not satisfied, he can return the machine. We are simply unable to fix this issue even though we really wanted to. The none-working remote is a manufacturer's defect. We always try to make things right with our buyers.
