    This item arrived exactly as described (New, not just new condition), and was very well packaged. The packaging was really appreciated as I've received CDs that end up with cracked covers that make the covers unusable, so this excellent packagin was a delight.     What A Voice!

    If you have never listened to this CD, you have been missing out on one the most sensuous voices you will ever hear! I always said her rendition of "Blue Bayou" made my spine tingle; this CD, especially the title cut "For Sentimental Reasons" has the same effect on me! Linda has such a strong voice, which is why I became a fan in the first place, and with this CD she has that plus the smoothness required to sing this style of music. She is no doubt one of the best singers ever! WOW, WHAT A VOICE!

    FANTASTIC!!

    I have always had a high opinion of the Ronstadt/Riddle recordings but found this one difficult to purchase. So it was gratifying to round out the trio of CDs. Too bad she has Parkinson's and had to abandon singing. She is a vocal genius and Nelson Riddle stated she was the best he ever worked with.

    Still sounds great

    I loved this album when I was younger. My teen daughter is taking voice lessons and listening to a variety of music. I got this for her to hear, and now she likes it, too!

    Exactly what it promises to be

    Wlhile the music is what we expected, the recording is of such an outdated quality or technique that the volume, ever turned very high, produces volume so low that we still can' t hear the lyrics ofhis CD above the others even when they are blasting. A real disappointment!

    I have always loved this

    This is something I used to have back when we used tapes. I always told myself that I would buy it again in cd form and I am glad I did. I sit a lot at the computer a lot and love to put it in to listen.
