When he opened it and tried it on, he was like a kid in the candy store, elated!!! I have 8 applejacks myself, it's a good thing I let him open it, because he may not have gotten that one....it would be my #9

This meant that I was monitoring the delivery. They never sent the item to the USPS for delivery. After contacting the seller, I was informed the item was unavailable. It should not have taken the seller 10 days to realize the item was out of stock. This certainly showed a lack of concern for their customer, when an alternate purchase could have been made before I travelled.
