A go-to product
These Lee trimmers are the only case length cutting tool I use, usually with a power drill motor, but in a pinch with only my fingers (which can blister after a while doing this). There might be more automated options out there, but usually I don't have so many shells in a batch that are out of spec. This means that trimming shells is not that big an operation most of the time. This trimmer does the job well, most of the time. Sometimes a trimmer is not all that sharp, and so for the price I might just switch to a different one, or I might try to sharpen it. Its a little tricky to sharpen, but manageable. It does the job quite well, and it is pretty economical, so I'm happy.

Works every time.
I have used Lee Trimmer Cutters for several years. They work well for years, and it takes hundreds of cases before they become dull. I have made the mistake twice in many years, of accidently placing a steel case in the chuck, and immediately taking the edge off the Lee Cutter. My fault for not paying attention. Good product.

Very easy to use.
I have used this cutter before. Very easy to use. Just thread the trimmer into the cutter and the collet the piece of deprimed brass turn it until it cuts no more. Now your brass is perfectly trimmed. No measuring or set screws to mess with.

Does The Job
I have used a few of these to trim both pistol and rifle cases when necessary. They will lose their sharpness, but I have done a thousand or more cases using these cutters before having to replace them. For the price vs. what it does, replacing a cutter is relatively inexpensive. Initially I interchanged trimmer length spindles to accommodate different calibers. However these cutters are inexpensive enough to have a few set up for my go to calibers. It all works for me.

Lee Case Trimmer
Been using these for years. Drill adapter saves sore fingers. Slower than other types but give you a real chance to eyeball cases undergoing trimming.

I needed to replace the one I had because I gave it to friend. It was easier for me to replace the old one than tell him how to by the right item. Excellant product!

Works well
This is a cheap and effective way to trim your brass prior to reloading. These cutters work like a charm for me. I like to buy one of these cutters along with the appropriate case length gauge for each set of dies I have. This allows me to keep a cutter with case gauge in the same box with its matching reloading dies.
