Item was in pristine new condition as promised. Since shipping was international, it took 3 weeks from placing the order to arrive, but the seller was great at communicating this with me and providing a tracking number so I could see where my package was at. The game I received was not the complete collection with both expansion packs as described, but again the seller was very easy to work with to correct the mistake and make things right.

The package arrived broken (see image), and the game was in fact not new OR unused. However, great communication by the seller and I recieved a refund without having to send the package back. He explained that "these" (Sims 3 expansions, I presume) were a bit of a hit or miss and he apologised. I would still recommend, but to be aware that these mistakes do happen.

Excellent. I ordered this item which was swiftly dispatched. However, I didn't receive it because Royal Mail managed to lose it in the postal system. i contacted the seller and they offered me the option of a replacement, which I accepted. I selected two games as replacement which were again swiftly dispatched via a tracked service. Unbelievably Royal Mail managed to lose those games as well !! The seller then offered a refund. Definitely not a seller issue, it's a Royal Mail issue. A+

DEFINITELY GET THIS GAME! OMG!!
Yasssss! The price is..OMG!! I actually can't believe this retails at £50 but got it for WAYYYYY cheaper! I ordered it yesterday and the origin account got emailed to me today! So I didn't need to wait for weeks! Get it!! I really recommend it! The quality is amazing! I still can't believe it! Everything was working! It's awesome!!

You are going to NEED a expansion or two
the game is very empty without them. Because that is EA for you. You need to get this new or unplayed because once it has been played (after regestering) you won't be able to install it or run it. It requires you sign up to origin as default standard once that has been done it becomes a pre owned paperweight ! .. So be careful ! Also if the game won't run uninstall origin (just that not the game) restart the pc and get the latest version from origin website I had that problem for a hour and a half before I learned that. . The disk apparently installs a earlier version which won't work for some techy reason or another ... So yes. Worth buying anyway ! P.s I Highly recommend the sims 4 seasons expansion pack ;) the game is very empty without them. Because that is EA for you. been playing Sims 3 and Sims 4 gives more control over characters, in creating appearance and skills, improved home furnishings and building homes and entertainment. Whilst the basic program is fine, the game play needs lots of extensions and upgrades to make it challenging which means purchasing them so a game that started at 37 pounds becomes a couple of hundred. Really impressed!
The game come in a really good packaging and the game installation was super easy and the game runs really smoothly. Definitely a great deal and I would recommend to anyone who wants a really good deal on an amazing game 😊
