    The LED spotlight bulbs came quickly and as ordered. The customer aftersales service was excellent. I contacted the customer service by email to answer a question about the energy ratings shown on the bulbs and I received a response within minutes. They gave me an update on the changes that had been made to energy ratings over the last few years which reassured me that I had received the correct item. And they said they'd be happy to help if I was not satisfied. I would recommend this company.

    Really pleased with the price and the quality of the item. The item should have been dispatched along with another item but it wasn't. On contacting the seller, they apologised and dispatched the item which was received a couple of days later. Mistakes happen, the important thing is that they are rectified without fuss which was done here.

    Negative feedback. To leave negative feedback, it's necessary to wait seven days! At 2.45pm on 08.08.25, order placed for partially sighted family member; they confirmed order was incorrect. ASAP, at 5.25pm submitted cancellation. At 6.50pm,cancellation was declined. At 7.05pm, S's note stated item dispatched. At 10.50pm, a tracking details given. At 5.25pm, there was NO indication order processed and posted. Order returned but cost me £3.25 which is unfair. S could have accepted cancellation

    Most Reliable

    Used in a bathroom light. To date the lamp is working well. They are easy to handle and fit well. I only use Compton as they are the most reliable in my experience.

    Look as they will do the job will be able to pass a more detailed opinion when used they look good and well made

    I’m only 50 hours into the 5000 so far

    A light bulb with a projected lifespan of 5000 hours is difficult to evaluate. I would need to leave the light on continuously for 7 months to achieve that. So on the basis of my 5 hours use for 10 days they appear value for money. I will have to assume they will continue to work for the next 4950 hours.

    A good replacement led bulb

    Replaces a G9 40watt filament bulb which got very hot the led replacement is adequate for a reading spotlight.
