    It's 'ok'.

    When I think "make ahead", I'm thinking in terms of freezing. I was surprised by how few recipes were in this book for freezing. They're talking about things that can be done hours or in some cases a day ahead. I do like the explanation of why they did things in a certain way, but they could have done it in far fewer words. I wasn't looking for a book to "read", I was looking for recipes.

    Some good cooking tips, recipes not great

    I loved this cookbook until I tried a recipe. Not good, j will try a few more but was bummed when the first recipe was “not” good.
