From experience this purifier brand is one of the best in quality/value/appearance. We have a Fresh Air that's over 16 years old still working. Spouse has zero allergy symptoms and all odors are eliminated. This second unit is solely for the master bedroom more versatile re square footage vs single room units. For best results place unit as high up as possible w/sufficient surrounding space for air intake.

They initially promised to resolve the issue but later informed me they couldn’t provide a replacement and offered a $30 refund for a $400 machine, which I declined. They also failed to follow up as promised, and without the remote, the machine’s functionality is limited. We are simply unable to fix this issue even though we really wanted to. The none-working remote is a manufacturer's defect. We always try to make things right with our buyers.
