Packaging surprise.
Toners arrived as scheduled. My memory may be faulty, but I thought the cartridges were to be packaged like Canon products from the factory as pictured. I haven't had to install any cartridges in my printer as yet so I hope my yes answers above don't disappoint me.

Leaking ink cartridge in package.
They need to ship in something sturdier than a plastic bag. Cartridge got damaged during shipment.

The Genuine article.
Genuine Canon inks. I only use genuine Canon inks in my Canon printer. These were well priced and promptly shipped.
