It was wrapped very tightly and kept any air from affecting the pack ing. I just just got out of the the hospital and was able to place the inflatable without struggle or pain. I was able to secure it and itâs very comfortable. Itâs not ultra soft but itâs perfect for my needs

In the box was a customer service telephone number. Called and explained my problem. It was suggested that I send some pictures with a detailed description. I was sent an email and replied back. It took a couple of days and I received a reply with a solution. I was satisfied and accepted. The seller earned a + review for solving this quickly.
