After contacting USPS it turns out it was shipped ground from NY to Hawaii. So it actually ended up on a boat that took so long. I wouldn’t mind except I had contractors ready to use them but they were floating on the ocean then. I’m going to assume the seller didn’t realize this but it’s something to pay attention to. Otherwise they seem new in the box.

Will come in original box." This is in fact what you acknowledged to have received in the mail. If there was an error with the condition, we are willing to accept the Return after eBay's review of the listing and case.

Because I was purchasing multiple items and it was a legacy door handle, the seller confirmed it would fit before shipping (since they have a no return policy). The seller also physically identified and provided 4 sets of identical keys from their inventory when Pella wasn't willing or able to do so. These lock sets can't be rekeyed to match. Seller responded quickly to all inquiries. Great service!
