This was my first experience buying models that were made too order, and it was a worthwhile learning experience. This fellow was simply dealing with a lot of orders and was overwhelming generous with extras because of the longer wait. The miniatures are well printed and are very pristine; little to no cleanup needed. There was a slight hiccup with my initial order but I reached out to the seller and they had things sorted and delivered within a few days. Excellent customer care. The only problem is that my shovel came with a little bit off but besides that it’s top quality.  The seller is very good with communication, My order was past delivery day, and I contacted the seller. They then almost immediately reached out and told me about some issues they were having with orders being backed up.
