It replaced a real Holley 4160 (marine version) that was old (1996 model). I intended on using this one until I had time to rebuild the real Holley. There are minor differences but basically the same. Once I dailed the carb on with my vacuum gauge this carburetor shined! Much crisper throttle response, smoother transition into all 4 barrels too. Went from 6mpg to 11mpg on a 85 c30 with 454,thr75,4.10s
