Seller did a mock up version then asked if I approve before printing it, the same day I ordered the plaque, it was made and dispatched the same day. I can not put into words how such high quality and dedication the seller makes these plaques. Highly recommended seller and service. Delivery only took 2 days and was packed very well with no damage. The seller kept in almost constant communication with us, sending images of what his view was against what we had asked for. He updated and changed the plaque exactly as we wanted. The package arrived earlier than expected, within 3 days of the order being made. Well wrapped and protected. When my wife opened it she welled up and could only say "it's beautiful" the seller has went above and beyond. Definitely recommend
