The seller is one of few traders I deal with in the U.S . who include packing slip/invoice with order. The packaging could have been better. This item travelled half way round the world to reach me and a little more consideration in providing extra package protection would have been noticeable.

The pad arrived well packaged and ahead of the projected delivery date. This is an excellent mouse pad and well worth the price. I highly recommend this seller.

Eventually it did show and was intact and looks good. It was the item I had purchased so not some other item like some had claimed they received! Packaging was ok but I would have did more on the protection. When it comes to value they were on par for that it is not raised letters but printed on or a sticker/decal of what you want.
