There are a lot on the internet though but they all differ. Proceed with caution when inflating, pump slowly and wait until you feel the pressure on your neck, then proceed one pump at a time. It would be very easy to apply too much pressure which could cause harm to your neck.

I was offered the opportunity too and I did consider returning them but the cost to return the items using the Ebay return system meant that after everything was costed a balance of £1.75 would be refunded. The company was a good communicator and have said that they would review the listing to provide more size clarity. Regards John Cox
