    I really don't rate this phone that high because it's nostalgia value has overtaken the fact that it's a terrible thing to set up. I couldn't get it too work with a sim card!! Only phone I had to give up on. I'm returning it for a refund. It's a shame that I had to pay for return though.

    Arrived quickly and well packaged. Phone itself is very nice for basic stuff like calls, texts mp3s and hopefully java apps too. 10/10 fun little 'dumb phone'

    Old tech maybe,but a great phone

    both my daughter and myself love these phones,we both prefer them to totally android phones although we have both types,we like the combination of keys and screen,we were not bothered about watching media.but it was essential that the sound quality was better than good as we both use them as mp3 players. as to the phones themselves, both are used/refurbished in great condition,very well made,nice in the hand,intuative to use,great screen which does all the things an android phone can do. At 10.99 and 8.99 including P&P you cannot go wrong.

    All the mobile you will ever need neat in style and shape

    Its robust and attractive in style .the key pad is clearly marked .its ideal for work for storing files and business appointments .l have found it holds its charge longer than a lot of other mobile makes the screen is the right size not two big not two small l would recommend a blackberry to everyone I think it well deserves five stars .

    Great!

    I bought this for my dad. He doesn't like technology and I've been trying to get him a phone he can use for years. A friend suggested a blackberry and he loves it. He can use the buttons to write a text and he has found it easy to use. Overall a great buy

    What a great little phone , the keys are easy to use and the phone is very light . It also as good memory features would buy another one if any thing goes wrong with this one.

    Good second phone for a fair price.

    As title..luckily I had another charger that fitted, as sent without charger and no instructions, although there is a help programme in the phone. The grade is a 'b' marking and at the price, I wouldn't complain, but screen was marked on one side quite badly, although I have now managed to polish out. As I've indicated, for the price a fair purchased, so satisfied as to purchase.
