    Good packaging. Prompt shipping. The picture is not the same as the product. The word "repair" is on the product received but not in the picture, the reason for my purchasing it. However, it is hard to find the original before PM changed and made it "repair".

    Didn't think I'd like but its my new favorite!

    My step-daughter just graduated from the Paul Mitchell school and while she was attending they did a fund raiser and my husband picked out some items he thought I'd like and I remember specifically asking him not to get anything with a ginger scent because in the past ginger scents have given me headaches but my adorable husband ended up purchasing this product and I thought, why not, I'll try it and I loved it!! It makes my hair so manageable, the ginger scent is not over-powering. I have a lot of fine long hair that usually tangles and knots after washing but this stuff changed that. I've purchased this a few more times since my first bottle and will continue to purchase it as long as it continues to work the way it has.     Great for dry and/or aging hair

    As I’m getting older, my hair seem to get really dry. I’ve tried literally dozens and dozens of different shampoos and conditioners to make my hair feel soft and healthy. This Paul Mitchell shampoo and the conditioner, which I purchased also, are the best that I have tried yet! I am in love with them and hope they continue to make this product forever.

    Love the Fragrance of this Shampoo

    My stylist recommended this shampoo the first time she used it on my hair. I love the fragrance they are using for the shampoo. I will continue to buy this shampoo if I can find it at a reasonable price, the price at the salon is more than double the price I found online. It does everything my stylist promised with making my hair more healthy.

    It has changed my hair's life and totally worth it !!!

    This is coming from a consumer that is all about simplicity and thrifting, etc. I've never spent this much money in my entire life of something for my hair. A friend let me use hers and I had to splurge on this. My hair is softer and smoother and shinier just after 1 use. I don't know how to be more specific since I'm not really one of those women who pays attention to such girly things. I'm 45 and my hair has become a little corse and blah over the years. This product with the conditioner has made my hair look and feel much more like it did 20 years ago.

    the best!

    I love how this shampoo makes my hair feel. Like nothing else I've ever used. You could even use it without the conditioner, it's that good. Definitely recommend giving it a try!
