I believe shipping issue was probably an oversight because of the holidays and the seller did his best to make things right. Only acted after I sent two messages asking for an update. Seller shipped one book and then refunded it. Then, refused to ship the 2nd book, but issued a refund. I could not recommend this seller as they had no sense of humor, and were rather dull in their correspondence--oh, and the huge delay, too. Because of the continuous ridiculous messages I also refunded the 2nd book and blocked them to make it just go way, Stear clear of this one at all cost.
