After in install, my Mac Pro 5,1 has a boot screen with the Apple Logo and progress bar using a Metal GPU. I also have a boot picker to boot from various OS and boot from a black screen. I would recommend purchasing the flashing service from this seller.

The seller was helpful in letting me know whether or not it was compatible. They also let me know that they did do returns in certain cases, but to let them know if it wasnt the right item and we could go from there. They were super responsive and the unit shipped right away. Great experience! 10/10
