When preparing, require 8mm tap in the hole for belt guard rod after removing fan, spring washer, and pully. Install successfully DIY with a small floor jack and bunch of 8x4x14" boards. Runs perfectly. worth the money.

I contacted midwestmowerpro thru ebay and they had me do an air purge procedure that I was able to find online. The air purge resolved the noise. It's nice to be able to go up hills again.
