The product arrived early which was really good.Con: There is an odor to the pouf so I am leaving it out on our covered patio to help get rid of the smell. The zipper is too small, it is difficult to put stuff in.Overall: I really like the pouf. I think the craftsmanship is very good and it will last me a long time. GREAT buy.

Customer service responded quickly to my request to use their return policy. Unfortunately, they told me I had to pay the shipping and then they'd reimburse me. That would normally be fine BUT it was going to cost me over $100 up front.
