Compatible with APO tele converter, the Sigma APO f/5 multiplies the focal length by 1.4 x and 2 x and permits you to shoot life-size pictures of small objects with a magnification ratio of 1:5.2. With an aperture range of f/5-22, this Sigma lens helps you capture clear pictures. The 16.4-degree angle coverage of this 150 mm lens allows you to photograph standard format pictures. With a lens construction of 21 elements in 15 groups with 9 diaphragm blades, the Sigma APO f/5 telephoto zoom lens helps capture superior quality photos. This 150 mm lens is equipped with an 86 mm filter that protects your lens from dust.

    Sigma DG 50-500mm lens

    The lens is in mint condition, easy to use, a little stiff, not as fast focusing as my Canon 100-400 lens. Pictures are clear and sharp in the center, a little distortion at the outer edges, but not too bad.

    Amazing!!

    I took this lens out this weekend to test it out on birds and the images were amazing. Very sharp and the reach of the 500mm is awesome. Would highly recommend this lens. To see the pictures, check out my site at www crowderphotography.smugmug .com All pictures were taken on a Canon eos 7D

    Great lens

    This lens works with my Nikon D5300 and works well. Focus is critical because you have a very small depth of field so your focus must be on. I use it on auto focus 99% of the time. The only negative is its heavy so I always use it with my tripod. I like Sigma lens and have used many over the years.

    Great budget lens.

    Great value for the price I paid for a new one. Not the sharpest lens, but then again does not cost as much as a Nikkor or Canon. At a fraction of the money, it is great for advanced amateurs. You actually get decent pictures handheld at 500 mm !

    Sigma lens (EF mount) 150-500mm

    The lens is in great shape for a used unit. Very minor surface rubs is all. I have tested it on some quick shots and works fine. I haven’t had the opportunity to test outside yet but will soon.
