Very useful. I tend to forget to engage my toes, this caused the toe arch to drop, leaving me with foot ache, these toe separators remind me to engage the toe muscle's.

Didn’t come with instructions so faffed about a bit at first trying them different ways round til they looked right, but comfortable once on properly. They get dirty, so worth having a few pairs.

I was offered the opportunity too and I did consider returning them but the cost to return the items using the Ebay return system meant that after everything was costed a balance of £1.75 would be refunded. The company was a good communicator and have said that they would review the listing to provide more size clarity. Regards John Cox
