I wouldn't describe these bears as 'brown', the quality of the actual bears isn't great, don't really look like the sellers photo, generally a little disappointed. These are high quality produced "bears" and the brown colour is an exact match to our images. Please note that we print the shirts and purchase these items from our stockists in the UK. We have sold these for around 15 years and never ever had anything other than high praise for these. Not sure why you did not contact us first to resolve any issues you had with the item. I am sure that the people you intended these for will be over the moon with them!
