Despite the buyer changing application details and going back and forth about returning, we accepted the return and clearly informed we’re willing to receive the item back for a refund. We even offered to cover return shipping via PayPal. Buyer first agreed to return at his cost, then changed his mind asking for a label. Seems like refund is wanted without return. Still, we remain open to resolve this fairly.
