It seemed that it had been damaged in the shipping process. One side was rubbed raw and left a black mark and even managed to cut out a lil chunk of the sidewall. The tire looked like garage but I was able to touch it up with white paint. This obviously was not the sellers fault however the seller could maybe wrap the tires a bit better in the future to prevent any potential damage.
