They tried putting the burden of proof on me to provide pics which I did but that’s not good enough and now they say they can file a claim with usps on my behalf. I didn’t ship anything…they did so it’s their claim. I just wanted the emblem but I guess I’ll have to order elsewhere. I won’t do business with them again. Horrible customer service and poor packaging of their product.
