The holes in the bottom of the pots help for bottom watering so seedlings can develop deep roots before transplanting. Great Buy!

I can move individual pots to big boy location (more air) when things start popping up so the others can stay under the lid. Germination rate is better for what I grow. The inserts are great for veggies and garden items, these I like for cacti+ seeds. Love the price and are brand new.
