    Great movie presentation

    I thoroughly enjoyed this film version of The House of Seven Gables, which I bought because Vincent Price was acting. A Nathaniel Hawthorne based movie proved to be captivating and suspenseful, with a moral ending. Superb acting enhanced the intriguing plot. I was also pleasantly surprised to see Edgar Norton, who was Poole in Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde (1931). I prefer movies based on novels, for they usually have plots with greater depth and meaning. Thanks.

    House of Seven Gables

    Classic!!!! Two of my favorite actors; Vincent Price and George Sanders. It never grows old to me. I have not seen it in many years. But still enjoyed it so much watching it again. It is from the book by Nathaniel Hawthorne; the House of the Seven Gables. Heart tugging film.

    Fantastic movie a must see

    This movie is fantastic, great story plot I saw it many years ago and just had to have it. I grew up in Massachusetts and toured the House of Seven Gables in Salem and so much relates to the original book, a must see and the screen presentatio9n of this story. Fast ship, best price.

    Great Movie! Excellent Condition! Thank You!

    The House Of Seven Gables brings Vincent Price and George Sanders (two powerful and well known actors) together as brothers, then splits them apart as they fight over the family fortune and battle a family curse. It is a unique and moving story and one of Nathaniel Hawthorne's best classics.

    More difficult to read because of the "Old English" vocabulary. But a good story.

    Entertaining story. Vincent Price is the classic star for this part. Salem is a go to city. House of the seven gables is such a unique building in the United States.
