I contacted the seller at their personal email address. There was no answer, and the communication ceased at this point. Upon return, I contacted the seller through eBay, and he/she recognized that the map sent might be corrupted. Buyer used the software for 2 months and never reported a problem until after her trip was over and she no longer needed the maps. We offered buyer a new version of the map and she declined.
