    I don't normally give ratings because you can't change them if the part later breaks, and second hand parts are just second hand parts, but I give this company 5 stars for dealing with a technical issue professionally and quickly, for offering a full refund if the parts don't work and for posting by expedited post without my asking and at their own expense to speed the process up.
