1.Ordering
AIM Tools makes every effort to provide full and accurate information on its listings of all goods offered for sale. The information is the same as that given to us by the manufacturer.

On receipt of payment, AIM Tools will automatically send you a VAT invoice by e-mail.
 
2.Shipping Cost
For most items, the shipping cost is indicated on the listing. However, for some locations, and for certain type of items (such as heavy/bulky items), we reserve the right to request an additional shipping surcharge.
Notably, any orders to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Norway, Malta, Cyprus, Canary Islands and French Overseas Territories, are subject to an additional surcharge.

If you are a European business, we are unable to deduct the VAT even if you are a VAT registered company.
 
4.Payment
All of our goods are offered to you on an immediate payment basis. Your payment is due to us before we dispatch your goods and we accept Paypal and most credit/debit cards.
 
5.Delivery
Postage listed in Ebay maybe limited to specific geographic location within UK,Europe etc. For example, we may not able to deliver certain products to remoted areas in UK like Jersey, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland unless extra postage is paid. Countries like Greece, Cyprus, Norway, Iceland etc will also need extra charges . You will be contacted by our customer service team if you need to pay extra postage to deliver the products or refund the order.
Our standard delivery is handled by national carrier and in most cases you will receive your goods within estimated time listed in Ebay.
We will do all that we can to meet the date given for delivery. Please note that unless otherwise stated, delivery estimates are only estimates; they are not guaranteed delivery times and should not be relied upon as such.
 
6.Availability
We aim to keep sufficient stock levels on hand. However, at times of unexpected high demand we may unfortunately run out of particular items. You will be contacted for cancellation and full refund or delay dispatch according to your preference.
 
 
8.Order Change Or Cancellation
We are able to change, cancel and refund your order before processing upon email request only. Notes on order will not be accepted.
However, these requests will not be successful once your order is processed by our team even your order status show as undispatched. You can follow our return process through eBay if you wish to return the goods for full refund. Return postage will be on your account.
 
9. 30 Days Refund
We will refund or offer an exchange within 30 days of your purchase, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging. You must take reasonable care to ensure that the returning products are properly packed, so it will not be damaged in the transit. You will be responsible for the cost of returning. We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service when returning the products.
 
10. 12 Month Guarantee
Within 12 month period of placing the order, you may return the item to us for repair or replacement. If upon inspection it is determined the fault is due to misuse or wear and tear, this will not be covered by the guarantee, and you will be liable to repair cost or replacement parts, as well as shipping costs

    Katsu Sheet Metal Sheer/Guillotine (200mm)

    Bought to help make up repair panels as an alternative to grinder cutting disks, out of the box the handle which to be fair looks to be nothing more than thin exhaust pipe went straight in the junk pile and now use an old modified jack handle with more beef to it! Cuts well once bolted down, thin coke can ally is like butter, 1mm steel easy peasy, 2mm just about but doubt the "Hardened" Steel blade would last long? You may find you'll need some extra washers/spacers just to nip things up a little but overall for the price of 30ish cutting disks you cant go wrong and it makes sense to a home user with neighbours who have over sensitive ears and do nothing but chunter!!!👍👍👍

    Sheet metal bench knife

    I was very impressed with the performance of this very handy piece of equipment ! I am a sheet metal worker by trade ( 45 years) and I tested the knife by opening up a aluminium drinks can of about 3 thou thickness and easily cut a 2mm strip without it getting torn or pulled in between the blades, then cut that down the centre and achieved another perfect cut ! Again without any problem.. I will say this i did add a few more washes to take up slack in between the leavers and also hammered the end of the handle to make it a more snug fit ! but that was me just fine tuning as it works great without the need to do as i did. So for the comparatively low price against similar bench knifes on eBay and elsewhere I am Very, very pleased with my purchase 9.5/10 :-)

    Robust and cuts like knife through butter

    A robust heavy duty sheet metal shear with removeable tubular handle. Requires mounting on a bench or table and I used 25 mm thick plywood base plate to reinforce the table top fixed with nuts bolts and washers. its performance on 3 and 5 mm thick sheet is excellent. It would benefit from some instructions for assembling and use and their is no safety guard so care is needed to keep hands well clear of the cutting knife. Good value for money.

    Worth the money I paid for it

    Not the best quality. Rough castings, blade had a small chip, handle and all bolts are very loose fit. On the other side it's about 3 times cheaper then other shears on the market so you're getting what you pay for. I've managed to grind and resharpen the blade so it's all good, also few bushing for bolts would make all construction more rigid. You might be lucky and get a working cutter straight out of the box or after few hours of fiddling with it so for money i would recommend it.

    Unexepectedly Good

    For the price this works better than I had hoped for, bought for cutting mild steel and aluminium sheet and its more than capable. Works well when fixed firmly to a bench, would benefit from some instructions. The removable handle is a bit of an after thought as the fit is loose but it does the job, this could easily be made to fit more snugly if you have metal working and welding skills. You could spend more to get something that does not do the job any better.
